Job Overview

This is a leadership role that involves managing a regional team to deliver high-quality employment support. The successful candidate will lead the successful delivery of a national program creating inclusive employment opportunities for people with disability.

This role requires a proven leader in employment, disability or community services. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and contract management.

  4. Ensuring contract compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous service improvement.
