Regional Employment Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Employment Manager to lead the delivery of our national employment program across a defined regional footprint. This role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement to drive employment outcomes and ensure we are the provider of choice for participants, employers, and community partners.
- Lead a high-performing team to meet contract targets, grow employer partnerships, and embed a culture of safety, innovation, and person-centred practice.
- Develop and implement regionally tailored strategies to enhance inclusive employment opportunities and support people with intellectual disability in preparing for, gaining, and sustaining meaningful open employment.
You are a values-led, performance-driven leader who thrives on purpose, growth, and impact. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership in employment, disability or community services, with a strong understanding of inclusive employment principles and practices.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and contract management, to ensure the effective use of resources and achievement of service delivery KPIs.
- Experience building employer networks and community partnerships, with a focus on driving inclusive employment and supporting people with intellectual disability.
- Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining high performance, and champion our organisation's values and purpose.
