This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a regional team, driving employment outcomes and ensuring high-quality support services are delivered to individuals with intellectual disability.

  • Lead regional delivery of a national program, creating inclusive employment opportunities for people with disability.
  • Grow high-performing teams and employer partnerships across your regional footprint.

This leadership position combines strategic vision, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead a high-performing team to meet contract targets, grow employer partnerships, and embed a culture of safety, innovation, and person-centred practice.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive employment outcomes and expand inclusive employment opportunities.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with employers, community partners, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the achievement of organizational objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in employment, disability, or community services.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and contract negotiation.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead teams through change and maintain high performance standards.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, human services, or related fields (desirable).
