As an Area Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of our national employment program, driving employment outcomes and ensuring we are the provider of choice for participants, employers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and develop a regional team to deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support.
  • Manage performance against caseload, revenue, and service delivery KPIs.
  • Build and grow strategic employer and community partnerships to drive inclusive employment.
  • Ensure contract compliance, financial sustainability, and continuous service improvement.
  • Champion our values and lead with purpose, safety, and impact.

About You
You're a values-led, performance-driven leader who thrives on purpose, growth, and impact. To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • Proven leadership in employment, disability or community services.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and contract management.
  • Experience building employer networks and community partnerships.
  • Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining high performance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, human services or related fields (highly desirable).
