About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support HR operational activity across our 400+ employees and partners in Australia. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for administering all people movements, including onboarding, changes in employment conditions, and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer all people movements, including onboarding, changes in employment conditions, and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
  • Provide timely HR operations support and advice to employees and partners.
  • Assist with undergraduate and lateral recruitment activities.
  • Maintain our HR Information System, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to provide timely information on people movements for payroll processing.
  • Process and manage invoices for the People team on a fortnightly basis.
  • Contribute to HR projects and perform ad hoc HR, L&D, and recruitment tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or a related field, ideally with demonstrated experience in a similar role or HR internship experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork, and professional attitude.
  • Full Australian working rights.
