Land Sales Executive | Drive Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Sales Executive to join our team in Queensland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to unconditional contract
- Collaborate with other development team members to deliver accurate documentation
- Support customers through the sales cycle, accurately assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Monitor sales and lead performance
- Develop and maintain estate presentations and update website content
- Manage covenant applications and approvals
To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of the house building process and property contracts. Your ability to read construction plans and actively manage builder relationships will be essential. A proactive approach to developing a wide network of potential customers and building rapport with people from different backgrounds is also crucial.
You will be a result-driven team player with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Punctuality, proactivity, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines are all essential qualities for this role.
