Toro is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the outdoor environment, and we're seeking a skilled Territory Sales Executive to join our team.
About the RoleWe're looking for an exceptional sales professional to represent us in a designated territory covering Mackay, Townsville, and Cairns. As a key member of our RLC and Construction Equipment Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding sales and marketing support to dealers and end-users within your area.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and execute regional sales profit plans to achieve targets.
- Prepare accurate annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and profit forecasts, developing strategies to meet expectations.
- Maintain accountability for allocated sales and profit results under the guidance of the National RLC/Parts Sales Manager.
- Assist in managing Key Accounts, Projects, and industry associations within your territory.
- Monitor and report market data, competitor activities, and trends within the industry.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to deliveries, accounts, or pricing.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional sales skills with experience in an equipment environment.
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of Turf Care Equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid Australian motor vehicle license.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
