Media Sales Executive

A dynamic opportunity awaits at the Australian Radio Network, the leading media company in Townsville. As a Media Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective advertising strategies and exceptional customer service.
Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Company:The Australian Radio Network is the largest media company in Townsville, operating three radio stations – Star, Power, and KIX Country. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, driven by a passion for delivering high-quality content to our audience.
About the Role:- Develop and implement compelling advertising campaigns to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to identify new revenue streams and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Represent the radio brand to current advertisers, showcasing our unique offerings and value proposition.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or media experience (desirable).
- Retail or customer-focused background with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
- Strong personal motivation and organisational skills, with a passion for achieving and exceeding set revenue targets.
