Job Overview

This role involves supporting the development of high-quality proposals for our Queensland operations, with additional capacity to support national bid functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate submissions for QLD & National clients
  • Enhance proposal processes to improve efficiency and win rates
  • Understand client needs and develop strategies to demonstrate a clear understanding in proposals
  • Improve proposal quality to enhance bid content relevance
Requirements:
  • Ideal 2-4 years' experience in bids/proposals, within professional services, building/construction or similar industry with demonstrated ability to coordinate pursuits and manage submissions
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and preparing proposals, EOIs, and tenders
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Familiarity with government and private sector procurement processes
Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills
  • Understanding of brand consistency and visual communication principles
