About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team at Six Degrees Executive. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide administrative support to our Finance Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager, including data entry, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle general office duties, such as filing, correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Xero is essential.
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping and administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • A current Australian drivers license and your own car for transport.
