**About Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3**:
Gold Coast Light Rail has transformed public transport on the Gold Coast, helping create an integrated network that connects more people to more places in one of Australia's most dynamic and fastest growing cities.

John Holland is GoldlinQ's nominated design and construction contractor for GCLR3, to extend the existing light rail network by 6.7kms from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads, including eight new light rail stations, two new light rail-bus connections, and intersection upgrades along the alignment.

Jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments, and the City of Gold Coast, this city-shaping project will link communities to business centres, shopping, dining, education and medical facilities and cater to the Gold Coast's expected population growth in the coming decades.

As construction of GCLR3 gets under way, John Holland is actively recruiting for a talented and driven Commercial Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this iconic Gold Coast project.

**About the role**:
Working with the wider Commercial team - these roles will provide administrative and office support relating to contract administration including data an docket entry, cost assessments, analysis of account/invoices, assistance with procurement and records management.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Process delivery dockets and timesheet data
- Coordinate, track and analyse daily and weekly subcontractor and supplier summaries
- Reconcile and undertake cost comparisons of claims
- Prepare payment schedules
- Communicate and liaise with subcontractors
- Undertake procurement activities as required

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an office/administration role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
