**About Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3**:
Gold Coast Light Rail has transformed public transport on the Gold Coast, helping create an integrated network that connects more people to more places in one of Australia's most dynamic and fastest growing cities.

John Holland is GoldlinQ's nominated design and construction contractor for GCLR3, to extend the existing light rail network by 6.7kms from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads, including eight new light rail stations, two new light rail-bus connections, and intersection upgrades along the alignment.

Jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments, and the City of Gold Coast, this city-shaping project will link communities to business centres, shopping, dining, education and medical facilities and cater to the Gold Coast's expected population growth in the coming decades.

As construction of GCLR3 gets under way, John Holland is actively recruiting for talented and driven Plant & Equipment Administrator to join our Logistics team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this iconic Gold Coast project.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Coordinate plant and equipment support with the construction and engineering teams
- Review and process invoices for plant and equipment hire
- Follow up on plant and equipment forecasting to ensure relevant purchase requisitions and orders are in place
- Liaise with service providers on plant and equipment matters including documentation, invoicing, proof of service, coordination of deliveries and returns as well as maintenance and equipment swaps
- Generate plant and equipment reports as required/directed

**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:

- Strong administration skills
- Previous experience working with heavy mobile plant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Manual drivers licence
