Senior Payroll Officer

As an established market leader for over 65 years, this high-profile client is known as one of Australia's best in its field.
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will have experience in a high volume, complex environment. This role will give you the opportunity to work in an award-winning and growing training organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Studying and interpreting relevant legislation and awards, ensuring compliance with all relevant employee legislative requirements
- Managing and processing payroll
- Processing termination payments accurately
- Processing relevant taxation and superannuation payments
- Consolidation and development of processes and procedures
To succeed in this exciting senior position, you will demonstrate an ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders with a relentless focus on customer service and a thirst for knowledge and development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
