The Opportunity:

Join a leading company at the forefront of delivering high-quality solutions to the energy sector. ACRWORLD are seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations by managing orders, coordinating logistics, and supporting customer relationships and making sure the admin function is running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with high-initiative and a self-started attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end order process, including invoicing and order acknowledgements.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

- Manage purchasing activities to fulfil customer demands and maintain stock levels.

- Organise travel arrangements and logistics for the team.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.

- Support the office and wider team with adhoc duties.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer liaison, order processing, or sales support.

- Graduate in accounting, finance, engineering or business administration.

- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP B1 or SAP experience is a plus.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
