Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and back-end operations team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and contribute to achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for jewellery, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wholesale sales team.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts, sales, and inventory.
  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Support the coordination of trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
  • Travel to Australian trade shows 2 times a year.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in jewellery industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, or related fields is a plus.
