They are currently looking for a Systems Administrator to assist IT operations through cutting-edge automation, infrastructure management, and exceptional end-user support

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex IT challenges, minimizing disruptions.
- Maintain and optimise their Aruba core network and VMware vCloud Director private cloud environment, including tenant provisioning, capacity planning, and monitoring.
- Install, configure, and manage IT systems, software, and peripherals to ensure security and peak performance.
- Handle network administration with a focus on enterprise-grade technologies like Aruba, Cisco, and Sophos firewalls.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance technical proficiency across the team.
- Respond to IT tickets with efficiency, ensuring thorough documentation of solutions.
- Lead network documentation and reporting aligned with ISO27001 standards.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- 3+ years in systems integration or consulting, with expertise in virtualization, server, and networking technologies.
- Strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
- VMware (ESXi, vSphere) expertise, with additional experience in Cloud Director, Aria Operations, and NSX considered a plus.
- Proficiency in networking (EVPN, Layer-3 routing), enterprise switches (Aruba/Cisco), and firewalls (Sophos XGS).
- Experience with monitoring tools like LibreNMS or PRTG.
