We’re seeking a results-oriented National Account Manager to lead our partnership with Coles, champion our consumer portfolio, and deliver commercial success in a dynamic.**Key Responsibilities.*** Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow market share and achieve sales targets for Haleon’s consumer brands.* Build and nurture strong relationships with Coles stakeholders, including buyers and category managers.* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and shape actionable strategies.* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align and execute business objectives.* Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans to maximise brand visibility and profitability in-store.* Monitor account performance, including forecasting, promotional ROI, and inventory management.* Deliver regular performance updates and market insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.**About You.**You’re a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building impactful partnerships.
