Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Account Executive to join Arc, our specialist Shopper & Retail Marketing team within Publicis Groupe. This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for someone keen to kickstart their career in client service and agency life.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team working across some of Australia’s most loved brands. If you’re energised by fast-paced environments, love solving problems creatively, and bring a positive, can-do mindset — we think you’ll fit right in.

This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the ropes, and grow with us.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the glue that keeps projects moving. Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting the team from creative concept development through to dispatch.

Managing timelines, estimates, supplier coordination, and legal T&Cs.

Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

Attending client WIPs, taking contact reports, and trafficking briefs.

Keeping a pulse on in-store campaigns and shopper trends.

Working across promotions, retail activations, and microsite fulfilment.

Collaborating with integrated agency teams across Publicis Groupe.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Account Manager, and report into the Client Service Director, while being supported by a nurturing and energetic team.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

A natural communicator and relationship builder.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an admin whiz.

Adaptable, resilient, and solutions focused.

Passionate about creative work and retail environments.

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

Bonus points if you have exposure to:

Shopper Marketing, Sales Promotions, or Retail promotions.

Agency workflows or production coordination.

POS formats and creative processes.
