We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our high-performing team in Sydney, supporting the APAC market.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about driving results.

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in re-engaging dormant customers, supporting the Account Management team, and contributing to revenue growth. You’ll learn the ins and outs of B2B sales within the legal technology sector, working with an established customer base and a supportive, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to re-engage dormant or low-activity accounts.

- Achieve and exceed monthly activity and revenue contribution targets.

- Support Account Managers in upselling, cross-selling, and account retention efforts.

- Identify new opportunities and book qualified meetings with key decision-makers.

- Respond quickly to inbound leads and ensure timely, professional follow-up.

- Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and pipeline updates in Salesforce.

- Track and report on progress against activity KPIs and sales goals.

- Provide insights from client interactions to inform account planning and strategy.

- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.

- Participate in ongoing training to build your product knowledge and consultative sales skills.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound calling (B2B experience highly regarded).

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence speaking to clients over the phone. Must be highly proficient in English.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

- A driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow.

- A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative culture.

- Tertiary qualification in business, law, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
