If you’re an experienced sales leader — or a top-performing consultant ready to step up — this is your chance to join a high-performing dealership group in the Whitsundays region. We’re working with a respected dealer currently seeking two new Sales Managers: one to lead an established team, and another to take on a more hands-on, selling leadership role.
The first opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys leading from the front. You'll be responsible for guiding a team of experienced sales consultants, driving performance and results, and setting the tone for customer experience and culture on the floor. This role suits someone with prior leadership experience in a dealership setting and a strong understanding of sales strategy and motivation.
The second role is a selling Sales Manager position — an ideal step-up opportunity for a high-achieving Senior Sales Consultant who’s ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll be accountable for your own monthly targets while also playing a key leadership role within the dealership. This is a great chance to prove yourself in a hybrid role and grow into full leadership over time.
Both positions offer a negotiable base salary tailored to your background, plus a structured commission scheme. For the right candidate, On-Target Earnings are expected to sit around the $140K mark. You’ll be joining a dealership that values initiative, rewards performance, and offers a clear path for growth.
