**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise performance
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive growth strategies
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and enhance profitability
- Oversee stock management and promotional campaigns

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive or RV dealership industry
- Strong business acumen and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership, management and team-building skills
- Extensive background in sales with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example
