We’re on the lookout for a Service Desk Coordinator to lead and support our Service Desk team. This role is all about driving high-quality service delivery, resolving IT issues quickly and effectively, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time role located in our national support office in Bundall - 8.30 till 4.30 or 9 till 5.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Service Desk team
- Managing ticket queues, assigning priorities, and meeting SLAs
- Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Providing remote and on-site support across our offices and care homes
- Maintaining and improving knowledge bases and support documentation
- Monitoring user feedback and driving service quality improvements
- Promoting IT security awareness and educating users on best practices
- Working cross-functionally with the IT team on projects and enhancements

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in IT service desk operations or coordination
- Previous experience with service desk systems
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across systems, software, and networks
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate “tech speak” into plain English
- Calm, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and lead a small team
- IT qualifications or certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+, MCP) are desirable
- Already have, or the ability to apply for a NDIS workers clearance
- MUST have a current valid driver’s licence and car
