Daily rate: $400 (inc SUPER)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Service Desk Coordinator - Facilities & Infrastructure to provide critical support for facilities operations across Australia. This role is responsible for managing incoming service requests, logging them in ServiceNow, and ensuring they are accurately recorded and dispatched to the appropriate service providers. It requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee tickets through to resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service requests, handling calls and logging tickets in ServiceNow
- Assess and analyse each request to ensure accurate categorisation and recording
- Allocate service requests to the appropriate vendors, such as electrical, landscaping, and security contractors
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within the system to ensure seamless tracking
- Monitor open tickets daily, following up to ensure timely progress and closure
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure requests are completed within agreed timeframes
- Take accountability for the full lifecycle of service requests, from initiation through to completion

MORE ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in a service desk, administration, or coordination role
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing/case management platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail
- Proven capability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to resolution
- A proactive, service-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
