**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for an organised, disciplined Communication superstar with attention to detail and a can-do attitude who is calm under pressure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate in Communications, Management/Business Studies or an individual with a couple of years in an administrative role looking for a new challenge.

**About the role**:
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. **We will also consider applicants looking to work school hours in a split shift format.**

Key responsibilities:

- Become our superstar in organising and scheduling work for our support team.
- Assist clients to identify and describe their service requests.
- Ensure SLA targets are being met.
- Regulary communicate with our clients on the status of their requests.
- Create and update documentation.

Training and mentoring will be provided. The skills and talent you demonstrate in this position will prepare you for a number of future career directions.
