Description
Dreamworld & WhiteWater World, home to Australia’s best thrill rides and waterslides are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead, you’ll support the smooth running of Dreamworld’s IT network, applications, and desktop/POS equipment through incident, problem, and service request management.
This is a permanent Gold Coast opportunity based on-site at Dreamworld. You’ll be part of one of the most unique work environment on the planet, no two days will ever feel the same. Key Responsibilities
- Record, respond to, and resolve incidents and requests in a high-volume environment, within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence.
- Provide support for Ticketing, Retail, F&B POS, and Admin corporate applications and hardware.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft products (Desktop/Server OS, Exchange, Outlook, Active Directory, Office365).
- Liaise effectively with the wider IT team and external partners.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in multi-level IT support.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and Windows desktop operating systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications/certifications (desirable).
- Experience with ITSM tools for successful management of IT services (desirable).
- Professional phone manner, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic, and thrives under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
