About the role

The Project Officer contributes to the oversight of a commercial project’s contract management, reporting, and evaluation framework, collaborating with stakeholders and service providers to ensure the project’s deliverables and deadlines are met with efficiency and effectiveness. This position supports the project team and Manager with contract management requirements and will manage curriculum documents for stakeholders to assess credit arrangements and facilitate information sharing for various initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Support contract management requirements for a commercial project, including oversight of management, reporting, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Manage curriculum documents for stakeholders to assess credit arrangements and facilitate information sharing for initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple tasks effectively and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and attributes

- Experience in managing or supporting commercial projects with a focus on quality management and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with digital technologies and modern project management practices.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate confidently with stakeholders.
