The Opportunity

As a Project Manager – Business Services you will lead the development, implementation, management and review of comprehensive project and program management strategies, frameworks and policies across the agency and Business Services to achieve strategic and organisational priorities and planning.

Responsibilities

- Leading, developing, and managing planning standards, processes and systems.

- Managing the internal advisory and consultancy service to support project and programme Boards, managers, staff and external stakeholders.

- Influencing the adoption of project management best practices at senior management levels, including driving and championing organisational change to embed the new ways of working in the Department.

The Business Services Division provides a one‑stop shop for a range of business support services for the whole of Communities. Our mission is to support operational excellence by achieving strong data, financial, information systems, facilities and emergency relief outcomes through business partnering and close engagement with our customers.
