About Our Client

Our client, a respected organisation in the paper and packaging industry, is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to drive growth and lead a dynamic sales team.

Job Description

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.

- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance.

- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Sales Manager should have:

- Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within FMCG, Packaging, Hospitality or Food distribution sectors

- Strong ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple regions

- Strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Results-driven, with a passion for building long-term client partnerships
