Ayan Infotech are urgently looking for a Portfolio Delivery Coordinator for a long term contract job opportunity in Sydney.

Title: Portfolio Delivery Coordinator
Location: Sydney
Type: Contract (6 months +)

Required Skills and Experience:

- Provide dedicated coordination support across the Customer Platforms portfolio delivery teams, assisting in the planning, tracking, and delivery of multiple projects
- Track project status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders on progress, risks, and any variances to the plan, ensuring clear communication and governance practices are followed.
- Assist in preparing project reports, including key metrics, risks, budgets, performance, and overall project progress.
- Distil core issues from complex information, draw accurate conclusions, and simplify next steps into clear, concise terms that others can easily understand.
- Coordinate and deliver organisational reporting on risk, financial data, and people metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist with Technology Engagement Requests, communication plan coordination, and administrative practice management.

What your experience might look like:

- Tertiary qualification in business administration/project management or equivalent experience in program coordination.
- Certification in Project Management/Administration with practical knowledge of project management tools and phases.
- Experience in a large IT PMO and transformation projects.
- Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Confluence
- Experience in project coordination and/or project management with the ability to manage stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
- Experience in agile delivery and developing project artefacts in an agile environment including experience in PI Planning.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project evaluation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
