Job Overview


Lead a Portfolio to Success

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our portfolio into a profitable business unit, driving strategic input on delivery processes and ensuring all project objectives are completed within defined timelines and budgets.


  • Develop and manage a designated portfolio, providing strategic input on delivery processes and overseeing the management and quality control of diverse content types, including asset delivery and trafficking.
  • Lead financial planning, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure all project objectives are met, collaborating closely with Account, Strategy, Media, and Creative leads to meet client expectations and agency needs from briefing through final delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks and solutions, acting as the primary problem solver to ensure projects remain agile and strategic, managing senior stakeholders and serving as the primary client interface.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Developing and managing a designated portfolio into a profitable business unit.
  • Leading financial planning, direct, and coordinating activities to ensure all project objectives are met.
  • Overseeing the management and quality control of diverse content types, including asset delivery and trafficking.
  • Collaborating closely with Account, Strategy, Media, and Creative leads to meet client expectations and agency needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • 10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably managing a portfolio of brands within an agency setting.
  • Strong leadership, management, and mentorship skills, with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively, with hands-on experience and ownership of complex strategic projects, including senior stakeholder management.
  • Ability to recognize and solve potential problems, escalate issues, continually evaluate project effectiveness, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
