Overview

We are seeking experienced Accounts Payable Officers to step into busy, high-volume finance environments. This is a great opportunity to utilise your AP expertise, keep things running smoothly within organisations based in Newcastle and the Hunter Region.

Typical Responsibilities

- Accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices
- Managing high-volume accounts with varying supplier demands
- Supporting end-of-month processing and ensuring deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated accounts payable experience in medium-to-large organisations
- Strong attention to detail with speed and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and remain calm at peak times
- Flexible approach to short-term assignments
