The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated, capable lawyer with at least 5 years post‑admission experience to join their Building, Construction & Infrastructure team in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and high‑performing team, advising on complex back‑end construction matters and disputes tied to some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects.
Your day to day duties will encompass:
- providing advice on construction contracts
- managing litigation, arbitration and adjudication from start to finish
- working on claims and disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects
- advising on legislation impacting the construction industry

About You
The ideal candidate for this Construction Lawyer role will have:
- around 5 years plus PAE in construction law or general litigation
- Strong drafting skills
- A commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- Passion, drive and organisational and client service skills
