The Firm & The Opportunity

Our client is a commercial law firm experiencing significant growth and they are looking for a junior lawyer (with around 1 to 3 years PAe) to support senior lawyers and principals.

The firm works with clients in the property, construction, insurance industries as well as SMEs, high net worth individuals and major corporations.

The role will see you working on mainly litigation matters. Typical duties include:

- maintaining files

- legal research

- drafting legal and court documents

- attending court

- interviewing witnesses

- assisting with client seminars and client seminars

- drafting letters of advice

This role will see you gaining 'hands‑on' experience. The career path is transparent and for those who are ambitious, you can progress quickly.

About You

You will ideally have around 1 to 3 years PAe experience in the area of commercial disputes, property law, insurance law or construction law. You will also have the following:

- pre‑admission experience as a paralegal with a law firm

- strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi‑task and meet multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.

- competent in file management, drafting documents, correspondence, and searches.

- a commitment to deliver exceptional customer service.

- ability to problem solve.

Pre‑admission experience will be highly valued.
