The Andersen Partnership have been instructed to find solid Construction Lawyers to join the team of one of their clients on a permanent basis. Their client is a national commercial firm employing 300+ staff across 3 offices in Australia and boast an outstanding reputation across the legal space as well as a second to none internal culture.
The roles:
Working with three highly reputable & experienced front & back end construction partners and a strong wider team across a diverse range of matters on a larger & complex scale, the firm are currently recruiting for the following:
- 2x Lawyers or Associates at 2-4 PQE in either front or back end construction or a mix of both.
- 1x Senior Associate level Lawyer at 5+ PQE in front end construction
The successful Lawyers will be joining a construction team consisting of 40+ Lawyers and will have the opportunity of working with government departments, major construction companies and developers clients on complex & high level matters.
You will receive exposure to a diverse range of high profile proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW, a significant portfolio of security of payment matters and regular work involving a variety of forms of ADR as well as on a number of projects across the public and private sectors, with an varied mix of private, government and contractor clients.
