With exposure to high‑value transactions and a diverse client base, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in corporate and commercial law. Minimum Requirements & Experience: - No less than 5 years' "PAE/PQE in Commercial / Corporate Law" with Mergers & Acquisitions experience gained. - Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial and construction contracts. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
