About the role:
- Advise on front-end construction, energy and infrastructure projects across Australia.
- Draft and negotiate EPC, D&C, consultancy and O&M agreements.
- Provide strategic advice on procurement, project delivery and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and cross-practice teams nationally.
- Mentor junior lawyers and take ownership of client relationships.
The ideal candidate:
- 4+ years’ PQE in front-end construction, infrastructure or contract-based law.
- Strong academic record and top-tier or international firm experience preferred.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex project documentation.
- Background in a top or leading mid-tier firm highly regarded.
- Strong technical, commercial and client relationship skills.
- Team-oriented with initiative, drive and a passion for project work.
