Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) – Early Career Tech Sales Brisbane HQ (Hybrid) | $70k Base / $108k OTE | Training Provided

We’re hiring ambitious early-career talent to step into Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative roles with a fast-growing SaaS platform already making waves in Australia and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across Australia
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, phone, and email
- Respond to inbound leads and book meetings for senior reps
- Manage CRM activity and pipeline with discipline
- Learn the foundations of SaaS sales — discovery, objection handling, value positioning
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in customer-facing work (retail, telco, hospitality, fundraising, door-to-door, etc.)
- Hungry to learn and motivated to break into SaaS/tech sales
- Strong communication skills — confident, curious, and resilient
- Comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen
- Brisbane-based (or willing to relocate) and open to hybrid office culture
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hitting daily/weekly activity targets
- Building a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for AEs
- Developing confidence across SaaS sales tools, CRM, and outreach platforms
- Clear progression plan into Account Executive roles
