**About the role**
**Main tasks**: Generate new business opportunities and work with an existing portfolio of customers in this varied, field-based sales role.
**Other tasks**:
- **Demonstrate** your technical aptitude to ensure client needs are clearly understood and fulfilled
- **Manage** tender and proposal processes
- **Show** your ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- **Liaise** with your team and other business divisions to meet business goals
- **Contribute** to the business by generating ideas and opportunities
- **Network** and build rapport with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
- **Travel** regularly south to northern New South Wales as part of your assigned territory

- Prior success in new business sales & account management
- Experience with MS Office, and ideally ERP, CRM, & quality assurance software
**You will be highly regarded if you also have**:
- Extensive sales experience in infrastructure or a related space
- Knowledge of the construction or steel fabrication industries
- The ability to read basic, technical drawings
