Part of a growing global sales organisation, the APAC Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a business development role based in Brisbane, Australia.

You'll be the first point of contact in our sales cycle, responsible for inbound follow up and outbound prospecting into target accounts, identifying qualified business opportunities, and fuelling the sales pipeline for our Indirect Sales team. You'll prospect into multi-location and franchise organisations across Australia and New Zealand, engaging decision-makers and influencers across a variety of industries.

This role is ideal for a self-starter, looking for a career in sales, who thrives on greenfield outreach, exceeds activity goals, and brings a blend of hustle, curiosity, and professionalism to every interaction.

What you'll do:

  • Make at
    outbound calls per day
    (while maintaining an omni-channel approach) to target greenfield accounts.
  • Overcome objections and
    build trust
    with prospects through consultative outreach.
  • Qualify leads
    based on customer fit, business needs, and buying signals.
  • Guide prospects through the early stages of their journey, delivering a
    positive first impression
    of Constant Contact.
  • Coordinate and s
    chedule meetings (SQLs) with Account Executives
    to move qualified leads further down the funnel.
  • Maintain a
    high
    speed-to-lead response time
    and actively monitor lead queues and routing.

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR
    or relevant outbound sales experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven experience
    generating qualified pipeline
    through cold calling and cold outreach.
  • Growth mindset
  • you're excited to build new playbooks and go after untapped opportunities.
  • Strong communication
    and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with business owners, leaders and marketing teams.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a track record of
    hitting activity or meeting targets
    .
  • Experience with Salesforce
    and engagement platforms like Salesloft, Outreach, or Groove is a plus.
  • This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of
    3 days per week in our Brisbane office
    located in Fortitude Valley.
