Here at Aida we have expansive business growth available and are looking for new Sales Managers/ Leaders /Teams based in either Brisbane, Sydney and even New Zealand. **The Role**:

- Manage a sales team with delivering high quality face to face sales.
- Lead from the front, producing personal sales alongside your team.
- Training sales reps on and off field.
- Have the full support from the company and its clients.
- Promote great causes such as RSL Queensland, Red Cross, Stroke Foundation in Australia and Blind Low Vision NZ, Cancer Society in New Zealand just to mention a few
- Residential and Kiosk / Shopping Centre teams wanted.

**About you**:

- You have an energetic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience in building and managing teams of salespeople in the not-for-profit, Lotteries or Energy sectors.
- Goal orientated, passionate and hardworking, go-getter.
- Expert sales trainer who understands different learning styles and how to give effective feedback and help the agent grow.
- Master of face-to-face sales with 2+ years direct sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets whilst coaching and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
- Hold a valid driver's licence and a vehicle.
- Efficient, organised with the ability to manage time.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
