Shore Hire is a trusted Australian supplier of high-quality shoring, propping and traffic equipment to the construction sector.
As a family-owned business, Shore Hire is primarily an equipment rental company, but we also offer world-class engineering and installation services to complement our range of innovative safety products.
Our Head office is in Sydney, branches in Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne East, Melbourne West, Newcastle and Adelaide.
Our business is hire and sales of Trench Shoring equipment, modular Propping Systems, Traffic products, Pipeline Testing & Lasers.
Due to the continuous growth in Newcastle, and targeting a new customer segment, we are looking to employ an additional Sales Representative.
About the Role
- Work in a team environment with Sales team
- Target existing Customers, Managed accounts, New Business
- Participate in Industry Field days & Exhibitions
- Dealing at all levels with customers and decision makers
- Some overnight travel will be required
- Main Focus
- Hydraulic Jacking & Propping, but also responsible to sell the whole Shore Hire catalogue
- Scone through to Tamworth Area
- Regional Area as required
About You
- Enthusiastic & motivated individual
- Able to work autonomously
- Passionate about achieving goals & targets
- Experience in sales
- From the industrial or construction industry (but not mandatory)
- Enjoy hard work and thrive on challenges while growing a business
- Excellent communicator with customers & staff
- Focused on a solution based approach
- Be able to succeed in a highly competitive market
- Good time management & organisational skills
