About this Position

As Head of Market Operations, lead a local supply chain team of 3 members, orchestrating end-to-end ground operations for the ANZ Professional/Salon business across Planning, Logistics, and Customer Excellence functions.

What you’ll do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance supply chain processes.

- Lead and optimize the S&OP process to align sales, marketing, and supply chain functions.

- Design and re-align the supply chain organization across people, processes, technology, and digital infrastructure.

- Implement operational strategies in line with Henkel’s global supply chain standards and business goals.

- Monitor key metrics (customer service, 3PL, inventory, transport, warehousing) to drive cost and service improvements.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain sub-functions.

- Oversee execution of action plans, track KPIs, and ensure compliance and performance improvements.

- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain team while achieving ANZ performance KPIs.

What makes you a good fit

- Educational background in Engineering and an MBA, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations.

- 3-5 years of leadership experience in the Personal Care, FMCG, or Food industry, with strong expertise in Planning and Logistics.

- Proven ability to manage priorities in fast‑paced, high‑volume, techno‑commercial environments.

- Hands‑on execution style with a track record of driving results and managing complex supply chain operations.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills across cross‑generational and geographically dispersed teams.

- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP WM, SAP APO DP), EDI, and supply chain analytics tools; highly analytical and solutions‑driven.
