The Role

In this dynamic role, you will prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders for Defence-related projects, working closely with engineering, project, and commercial teams to deliver compliant and competitive bids. You'll play a key part in coordinating suppliers, estimating project costs, and driving value across the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities and manage bid documentation

- Develop detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies, and delivery schedules

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare compliant, high-quality proposals

- Analyse technical documentation and supplier inputs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

- Coordinate supplier engagement, materials planning, and commercial negotiations

- Support continuous improvement in supply chain performance and proposal efficiency

About You

- Proven experience in supply chain, estimating, or proposal coordination within Defence, engineering, or manufacturing

- Strong understanding of tender processes and proposal development

- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a Defence security clearance
