**About The Role**:
**Real Work with Real Outcomes -**Starting in January 2026, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement based in Newcastle. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.

The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through functional areas in Supply Chain and Logistics. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.
