Looking for candidates available to work:

Our thriving bakery located in Melbourne's inner west is seeking a qualified chef to join our team.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for day-to-day operations in the bakery kitchen
-Responsible for the development of new menu items
-Maintain inventory control procedures
-Estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies
-Monitor the quality of dishes through preparation and presentation
-Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise on cooking procedures
-Prepare and cook food
-Enforce hygiene and food safety regulations
-Select and train bakery staff
-Maintaining a clean service area according to food safety standards

Expected salary: $35 - $37 per hour

What you bring:
-2 - 3 years minimum back of house/cooking/baking experience
-Certificate in Commercial Cookery, Kitchen Manager prefered
-Attention to detail, enthusiasm and positivity
-Proficiency in English

Hours offered – Wednesday to Sunday 4.30 am to 1.PM. 5 shifts available.
