Job description
The Role
- You will be responsible for keeping food costs and ordering within the budgets and parameters set out by the Head Chef
- You will help develop and maintain recipes
- You will be involved in the curation of the venue's food offerings
- You will work in a high-volume environment but not compromise on other factors that builds the experience for the customer such as speed and quality of the product.
- You Will be supported by the Executive Chef, Head Chef and FOH management.
What are we looking for
- The ability to operate a high-volume kitchen and maintain the smooth and calm running of the pass in the absence and presence of the Head Chef.
- Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and teach staff of all experience levels.
- Exceptional Planning and organisation skills
- Have a full understanding of workplace health and safety practices, implement them and maintain them
- Maintain high standards and lead by example
- Build relationships with the management to work together and gives the best experience possible to the customer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
