Responsibilities

- Providing high quality administrative support across Allied Health, Nursing, Chronic Disease Management and GP Clinic services.
- Coordinating staff and site rosters, client referrals and appointments.
- Managing room and fleet bookings.
- Collecting and collating data for reports.
- Assisting with stock management, purchase orders and meeting support.
- Ensuring clients receive timely and efficient service while supporting positive experiences.

Requirements

- Current Victoria Driver's Licence.

Total remuneration package of $84,445 per annum including superannuation and the full optional benefit of salary packaging. Ongoing professional development, training and career progression opportunities are also available.
