We’re seeking an Office Administrator to be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting our engineers, and maintaining office systems. Your tasks and responsibilities will encompass the following, among others:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to avoid interruptions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events to support team efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to engineers, including document preparation and data management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to foster a productive workspace.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of presentations and reports as required.
- Support HR tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners to maintain office services and equipment.

Qualifications & Expertise:

- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office administration, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience coordinating office events and managing schedules.
