As Head of Communications, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the leadership team. You'll own and drive all aspects of internal and external communications — from media relations and thought leadership to corporate messaging, digital content, and crisis communications. You'll play a critical role in enhancing our brand voice, promoting our expertise, and ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.

- Lead media relations, public relations, and crisis communications efforts.

- Craft clear, compelling messaging for clients, investors, regulators, and the public.

- Oversee content strategy for digital, social, and print platforms.

- Support executive communications, including speeches, op-eds, and investor updates.

- Partner with marketing, investment, legal, and compliance teams to ensure message alignment and regulatory clarity.

- Manage internal communications to foster culture, engagement, and alignment.

- Build and manage a high-performing communications team and external agency relationships.

About You

- Experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs, ideally within financial services, investment management, or a regulated industry.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong media network and proven track record in media relations.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

- Leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

- Experience in crisis and issues management is a strong advantage.
