Are you an experienced marketer looking to make an impact in a rapidly growing company? To support Trustpilot's rapid expansion, we're looking for a talented Head of Marketing & Communications to join our team in Melbourne, Australia and the global marketing team. You will report to the Marketing Director UK & APAC, based in London, and support internal teams to ensure APAC market growth, focusing particularly on the Australian and New Zealand markets.
You will be a key member of the Regional Marketing team, and will help build:
- **B**rand awareness and growth by creating and managing the marketing investment and customer narrative in each market we represent.**:
- **Strategies that attract customers and drive revenue at scale, working closely with global Marketing teams.**
- **Omni-channel programs and campaigns targeting our customers and prospects and working with our Commercial partners to optimize conversion.**
- **Expertise in market nuances and local insight, being natives in the markets we represent.**
- **The full marketing mix in each market fulfilling the plans and ambitions for that market and a consistent brand narrative.**
You'll be at the forefront of positioning Trustpilot's brand offering in this emerging market. You will lead and shape a B2B prospect's journey across all marketing channels (PR, digital, events, webinars, content, nurture). You will also lead campaigns driving lifecycle actions, upsell and cross sell among the B2B paying customer audience, as well as leading B2C campaigns to drive awareness with APAC consumers. You will work closely with the APAC Sales Director and the Sales, Customer Success and Partner teams to optimize campaigns that drive high quality leads to sales and revenue from our customer audience.
**In your role, you will**
- Lead and execute on team goals autonomously, and set the direction for APAC marketing and communications, in line with the organizational strategy.
- Own and deliver campaigns to our paying customer audience to drive revenue and retention.
- Work closely with the Brand and Consumer teams to deliver consumer-facing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with local sales and partner functions to align on goals, create and execute on co-marketing activities.
- Lead the development, activation and review of regional and local integrated PR, communications & digital to include print and broadcast media, social media, publications, advertising, events, direct marketing ensuring objectives are set and measured.
**What you will bring**:
- +8 years' experience in a B2B marketing role - spanning demand generation and Lifecycle marketing. Some consumer experience is also desirable.
- Ability to operate in a high-performance environment and strive to continuously learn and improve
- Demonstrated capability in marketing development and execution
- Continual focus on customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions improve business performance
- A desire to create a culture of collaboration within inclusive and diverse teams
- A proactive hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels
- Hands-on knowledge of a marketing automation platform, CRM systems and digital platforms
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills for cross
- functional initiatives
- Effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment
- Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise communication of complex issues
- High energy level, with a bias for positivity, action and accountability
- Self-starting initiative and organization
